Returns Policy:

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a store credit. We DO NOT offer refunds, so please be mindful when purchasing. 

This does not apply to sale items. All sale items are final and not available for return or exchange. 

Please keep in mind, for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met:

The item is unworn, brand new condition with no marks or stains (including makeup, spray tan, dog hair etc) with original packaging. Please note: Luxe Active Apparel reserve the right to refuse a return if upon inspection the item is not in the original condition.

To start your return please email us at info@luxeactiveapparel.com with your order number. you will then need to send your order to 2/51 Torquay road, Pialba Qld 4655 (all return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.)

Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days processing time. A store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card with no expiry. A store credit will not include shipping costs. 

EXCHANGES:

We are more than happy to exchange any of our items if the item does not fit, Please keep in mind to accept any return the above requirements must be met. Please send your return to 2/51 Torquay road, Pialba Qld 4655 (return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer) once received we will send the exchanged items to you as soon as your return has been processed. 

In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, we will provide you with store credit.

FAULTY ITEMS: 

We carefully pack and ship all orders, however in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund or an exchange. 

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery, with a description of the fault and pictures as proof via email to info@luxeactiveapparel.com

If your refund has been approved by our staff, a notification will be sent to you (it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account).
