Orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please allow 2-3 business days during peak Sales period like Black Friday and Boxing Day.
We ship domestic (Australia) via Australia Post and international with Australia Post shipping for the fastest most reliable service available

Australia Post Standard (2-5 days Business Days)
- Free for orders over $100
- Flat rate $12 AUD for orders under $100
NZ
Express International Shipping (2-4 days Business Days)

CUSTOMS FEES
Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
RETURNS
We offer returns, refunds & store credit.
Please ensure you review your order before making a purchase to limit any errors.
In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:
- The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with tags and packing.
- Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on seamless G Strings.
We do not cover the shipping costs of a returned item. Please ensure to track your returned parcel through your selected courier to ensure parcel does not get lost, as we are not liable for lost returns.
For tracking enquiries please ensure to check your emails for updates on your shipment as well as contact the courier if you have any questions.
In the case of your parcel being marked as lost by a courier service we are not liable to compensate or refund your order. We will be happy to offer a credit or exchange for the value of your order (same value and amounts of your purchase).
